WHAT IS LEASING?

Leasing symbolizes the form of renting the equipment and machines for long-term period. It is usually used in context of producing units of bigger value, quite impossible to provide finances for their purchase without endangering the following solvency of the company. At the same time, the user of leasing is avoiding loaning with business banks. So, leasing provides the possibility of supplying the company with modern equipment with long- term pay- back to the provider. On the expiring the estimating time for pay- back, leasing can be extended with lower pay- back rates, or the equipment can be returned to the provider. Leasing has its advantages also for the provider(s), because it can extend their range of operations, especially on the financially weaker markets.

HOW WOULD YOU PREVENT THE EXCESSIVE IMPORT OF FOOD PRODUCTS?

Considerable part of imported food products is of very bad quality, but due to extremely fast liberalization of market that did not follow the anti- dumping measures and measures of protecting the market from low- quality products, Serbia is overloaded with those products, that in great deal, caused by disloyal concurrence, endangers the domestic production.

With training of specialized institutions qualified for following those products and their quality control (including highly good trained staff and good technical equipment) to, by respecting the European quality standards, not allow the import of those products that are at least of suspected quality. In that way the excessive big import of mentioned goods could be reduced, and in that way the domestic market could be protected.
